Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your session up to 24 hours prior to the session, and you wont be charged for it. We'll work with you to set up another appointment in order to help you not to lose the sessions you purchased. If for any reason the session is reported as a no show on the part of the member, you will lose that pay session, so make sure you can attend at the set up time and let us know 24 hours in advance of any changes in order to avoid any issues, we appreciate your understanding.
